This informational site does not include a loan application form or advertising pixels. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and how visitors use the site, and to improve the website. We do not intentionally send sensitive mortgage application information—such as Social Security numbers, income, bank information, or loan application contents—to Google Analytics. Mortgage application links on this website direct users to Edge Home Finance’s separate application platform. Read Google's Privacy Policy for more information. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses and access logs.

Applications and external resources

The application button opens Edge Home Finance’s third-party application portal. Information submitted there is handled under the notices and policies displayed in that portal. Official VA, DoD, NMLS, Edge Home Finance, and social-profile links take you to separate websites with their own policies. Social profiles open in a new tab; this website does not embed their feeds or tracking widgets.

Contacting Jake

Calling, texting, or emailing is your choice. The Have Jake Contact Me form collects your required first name, optional last name, the phone number or email address you provide, your contact preferences, inquiry category, and any optional note so Jake and Edge Home Finance can respond to your inquiry. The form is not a mortgage application. Do not submit sensitive mortgage or financial information through the form. Mortgage application links direct you to Edge Home Finance’s separate application platform. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, or other sensitive financial records through ordinary email or text. Use the secure application portal for documents requested by the loan team.
